As a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), I offer evidence-based and culturally informed therapy in a safe, caring, and non-judgmental environment. I have experience working with diverse populations, including African, Caribbean, and Black (ACB) people, Racialized people, and other communities. I am also experienced in working with survivors of gender-based violence.
I am trained in Indigenous mental health and cultural safety, and I am also an Approved NIHB Mental Health Provider.
With years of experience, I am dedicated to helping clients discover and cultivate their inner strengths, integrating modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), alongside mindfulness techniques. Recognizing the holistic nature of well-being, I also provide pastoral counseling when relevant and if requested, to support your spiritual journey.
Beyond my practice, I am a Certified Anger Management Facilitator and actively engage with the community as a Speaker and Workshop/Seminar Facilitator.
