As a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), I provide evidence-based, culturally informed therapy within a safe, caring, and non-judgmental environment. My practice is dedicated to helping individuals discover and cultivate their inner strengths while navigating life’s complexities.
I specialize in supporting diverse populations, with a deep commitment to African, Caribbean, and Black (ACB) communities, racialized individuals, and survivors of gender-based violence. I am deeply committed to cultural safety and have completed specialized training in Indigenous mental health. My goal is to provide a practice that honors your lived experience, respects your systemic context, and acknowledges the unique healing journeys of Indigenous peoples.
My Clinical Approach
Recognizing that well-being is holistic, I integrate several therapeutic modalities tailored to your unique needs:
For those who wish to integrate their faith into the healing process, I offer Pastoral Counselling to support your spiritual journey.
Beyond clinical practice, I am an Approved Mental Health Provider for the Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) program, a Certified Anger Management Facilitator, and a frequent community speaker and workshop facilitator.
