Do you feel like you are at the mercy of your anger? Your expression of anger leaves you and your loved ones scared, embarrassed and confused? Is your reaction costing you your personal and professional relationships or legal problems?
Sessions are conducted by a Certified Anger Management Facilitator.
During the sessions we will explore the incident that lead to counselling and I will help you better understand your triggers, cues to anger, unproductive behaviors, and teach you how to better cope and manage your behaviors. We will address responsibility and the impact of the incident on all parties involved.
I have an understanding of the problems an immigrant may encounter leaving their home country and the support of an established network of friends and family. I can help you work through issues of cultural identity, workplace problems, and strained family relationships that can lead to feelings of anger, disappointment and hopelessness.
